Return Policy

At Hemi Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights and our obligations in accordance with UK consumer law.
Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To be eligible: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, including all tags.
Once you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If your item is:
Faulty
Damaged on arrival
Incorrect
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Items marked as Final Sale
Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
